RETURNS & REFUNDS
We strive to deliver the best in quality and value. We do not provide refunds or returns.
- We do not have the warehouse facilities or staff to provide refunds or receive returned items.
- We rely on our affiliates to spread the word about the AHAV New Testament. We do very little advertising. Our automated affiliate programs ensure that affiliates are generously rewarded for telling others. Our affiliates receive up to 50% of the sales proceeds after printing costs. We have no desire or ability to place chargebacks with our affiliates due to refunded items.
- If you receive a damaged item please make a claim with the shipper. We have no control over who the printer uses to ship items.
How long does delivery take?
All printed material orders ship within 7-11 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times please contact the shipper..
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking numbers are emailed to you directly from the shipper.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you believe you have entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact the printer as soon as possible after placing your order. If you are unable to contact the printer please contact us and we will also do our best to contact the printer and assist with updating the address before the order is processed. Please note that our orders are processed automatically and generally ship shortly after purchase. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable be able to make changes. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. While we will make reasonable efforts to help where possible, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you need assistance, please contact our support team promptly and we will review your request in accordance with our fulfillment process.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed.
Invalid Reasons:
- Buyer no longer wants the items – we cannot honor such requests if we want to continue offering great value. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to purchase the items before submitting an order, not after.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
